Powerful, light and simple.

This is a great vacuum for floors and throw rugs. It’s really not meant for carpet unless you purchase a power head. Very powerful and quiet. Very easy to clean dust cup and filters. Very simple vacuum which is exactly what I was looking for.

Great Little Vacuum For Hard Floors

We purchased this vacuum specifically for hard surface floors. We immediately changed the stock floor head for the XL head. This setup is super lightweight and easy to use. It quickly allows us to clean a very large area. The vacuum is really quiet and has more than enough power and dirt tank capacity.The unit seems very well built and should last a while. It would be nice if the power cord and suction hose were both a few feet longer. Overall, this is a quality unit worth the money.

Manual not clear. Type is pretty small, diagrams absent.

Manual was too small of type and difficult to follow. Text referred to diagrams which I could not find in the manual. Hey Miele! Please place pictures & diagrams next to text!! I reached out to Miele with a question hoping for clarification, but they just answer with boilerplate responses which didn’t help. The tool I needed most was Miele Parquet Twister Floorhead Tool which did not come with vacuum and costs between $90-110! You have to be kidding me! Very nice vacuum, but not worth the hefty price tag.

Perfect bag less vacuum for 1000 ft condo!

This is the best bag less vacuum I’ve ever seen. Only have to empty once on my condo with one large shaggy rug. Can’t go wrong blow’s my eureka bag less vacuum away. It does cost 4x as much but it’s worth it to me. Time is valuable and my back is loving me again.

Only for hard surface floor

If you have a pet, don’t get this. If you have rug, don’t get this. if you have carpet, don’t get this. Just hardwood/hard surface floor. It really remove dust well.
